Ajmer Sharif Urus -2008, originally uploaded by firoze shakir photographerno1.I recieved a message and an invitation from my dear friend Syed Salman Chishty-I share with all of you, I missed the Urus last year due to work committments.
This year too my going to Ajmer Sharif seems to be bleak.
Unless a miracle takes me their on the wings of hope and harmony.
Ajmer during the Urus is a devotees delight and a photographers paradise if he shoots what I shoot..Rafaees and the Hijdas.
Pictures keep happening, the Khadims of Ajmer are ever helping , will see that you are suitably accomodated and well taken care of.
I am waiting to hear from my erstwhile Peersaab Fakhru Miya of Hujra No6 who gves me shelter when I visit Ajmer Sharif, his sons Farid Miya and Qambar Bhai.
Syed Salman Chishty is a young dynamic , jetsetting net savvy Khadim of Ajmer Sharif.His life his heart his soul is Ajmer Sharif.
We have been good friends since three years.

Alhamdulilah ,SubhanAllah ,Mashallah – the blessed Urs sharif of Hazrat Kahawaja Moinuddin Chishty (ra) is about to start and the blessed city Ajmer is getting into the mood of joy and celebrations .
As a humble Khadim (servant) of Khawaja Gharib Nawaz i am glad to inform and invite you all for the 796th Urs sharif celebrations .
